    Technological properties

    • Workability: some issue due to the grain.
    • Seasoning: rather slow albeit easy. Not very given to splinting or warping.
    • Finish: good, but limestone deposits can hinder finish adherence.
    • Gluing: satisfactory gluing qualities.
